DELIVERY

Final delivery is by U.S.P.S. Parcel Post on all items except for some Meats, Bakery, Onions and Peaches which are by U.P.S. or FedEx. If you wish your citrus shipped by another method, please call for rates. Parcel Post shipments are fowarded under temperature-controlled controlled conditions in straight through trucks to major Post Offices near the ulitimate destinations. This is the only practical method for sending perishable citrus packages to individual addresses. It is fast and safe and saves you money, allowing us to only charge $8.95 shipping and handling per package, regardless of its destination. But, it does limit our freedom in scheduling.

SHIPPING SEASON

Our shipping season for Ruby Red Grapefruit and Oranges is from mid-November in time for the Thanksgiving holidays to early-April and can vary due to the quality of fruit. We will ship only when our fruit is at its very best. A card will be sent for those items not available during the holidays. All other items shipped as indicated.

We ship within the continential U.S. We are sorry, we can not ship to Hawaii, Canada, APO or FPO addresses. We will ship to Alaska, however, we can not guarantee the shipment. Alaskan packages must be sent second day air and will incur additional express charges, please call for quotes.

HOLIDAY SHIP DATES:

We suggest that this be left to our discretion; and we promise to ship in ample time to assure pre-Christmas delivery provide do, of course, that you get your order to us by December 10th. We cannot guarantee pre-Christmas delivery after that date, but we will try our best to do so. Our last pre-Christmas trucks leave about December 18th, if your order is recieved too late to be included on one of our last minute trucks, your recipients will be notified that their gift from you will be late and we'll ship the first week in January. We do not ship between about December 18, 2009 and January 5, 2010 due to the delays associated with the holidays.

Don't fret! Your gift delivered in January will be far more enjoyed while it stands out alone.. After all the holdiay cheer is gone, your gift will be enjoyed even more. Given your loved one a healthly start to the New Year!. Not to mention the longer the fruit is on the tree the sweeter it is. One of Mother Natures little secrets. We will send a gift card to your recipient now letting them know its coming. That way they can be anxiously anticipating its arrival.

ORDER DATES

Orders to be delivered by Thanksgiving must be received by November 12, 2009,

Christmas orders must be received by 5:00 pm central time December 11, 2009 to assure Christmas delivery.

Any order received after these dates may incur additional charges to arrive by Christmas. If your order is received too late to arrive by Christmas, your recipient will be notified that their gift from you will be late, and it will be shipped beginning the second week in January. After the holiday we only ship the first week of each month. We do not ship between about December 18, 2009 and January 5, 2010 due to the delays associated with the holidays. Orders for February shipment must be placed by January 26, 2010, for all orders recieved after that date, we will try our very best to get them shipped out, but it is possible that it will have to be scheduled for March Shipments. Orders for March shipments must be placed by February 25, 2010, all orders received after that date, we will try our very best to get them shipped out, but it is possible that it will have to be scheduled for April....The last shipment. Orders for April, the last shipment for Citrus, must be received by March 28, 2010 by 4:00 central time.. ONION ORDERS: Must be received by 5:00 p.m. central time April 25, 2010, shipping is expected May 4th and 5th.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Substitutions are seldom necessary. However, we must reserve the right to substitute. In such cases, items will be of the same quality and equal or better value.
